Lochmoor Investigations not only has more experience conducting sweeps than just about any other firm.  We have far more experience in hiding electronic audio, video, and tracking devices than any of the other firms offering electronic monitoring detection.

You wonder why we mention our experience in placing electronic monitoring devices?

Because our extensive experience in where to plant bugs, their capability and limitations, we know exactly where to look and how to find all types of monitoring devices.  Regular technicians do not have this critical advantage or experience.  

Most so called "experts" rely on a class or two provided by a firm whose goal is to sell expensive equipment.  We have been trained in how to defeat their equipment.  We regularly did so in our previous profession.

TSCM bug sweeps are not necessarily difficult nor do they necessarily require hundreds of pounds of equipment or tens of thousands of dollars in equipment.  They do require experienced and highly trained technicians who understand the nature of the threat, the capabilities and the limitations. 

After you contact us, we will meet with you to discuss your suspicions.  We will develop a plan to address your needs.  We will conduct a thorough and complete sweep of the desired locale, using the appropriate equipment in a reasonable time frame .  Our combined 75 years of experience in conducting these sweeps allows us to state emphatically that each sweep has unique requirements and limitations.  We will point out the limitations of our and any other electronic sweep.  Our intent is to create a satisfied customer, who will call us again and refer us to others. 

Not every sweep requires the use of our most expensive equipment and hours upon hours of checking for signals hidden in obscure bandwidth or masked behind other signals. 

We can generally provide you with a high level of comfort which is sensible, economical, and can be accomplished on short notice. 

In most instances our former FBI Special Agents, utilizing their extensive training, mentioned above, with hand tools, RF detectors, telephone butt sets, multimeters, tone generators, thermal imaging devices, and etcetera, can identify vulnerabilities and locate electronically placed and connected monitoring and recording devices  We can supplement the physical search with a full scale electronic scan second to none.  However, all historical statistics and records show the real threats and vulnerabilities are revealed and any monitoring/recording devices found during the thorough physical search. 

Understand, no electronic countermeasures sweep is inexpensive.  Some may be cheap.  You will get what you pay for.  We try to be realistic. We will always maintain our professional ethics and provide you with only the level of services you need.

Conversely, if you have government contracts, or require electronic sweeps and the highest level of confidence, or if you want us to set a baseline, from which future full service sweeps can be based at an extremely high level of confidence, we will be happy to provide this service.  We will utilize the most sophisticated and current detection devices, such as the OSCOR, Time Domain Reflectometer, Oscilloscope, Linear Junction Detector, and other devices.   

We provide a complete written and documented report of all countermeasures sweeps conducted.

**We will not accept and engagement or conduct sweeps when we opine federal, state, or local law enforcement may be involved.**

By the way, TSCM stands for Technical Surveillance Counter Measures.  An old military acronym and a fancy way to say "bug detection".
